Ray Parker Jr. – "Ghostbusters" (1984)
2009/10/18In the 1980s the 1950s were in for a while (e.g. Billy Joel singing Doo Wop. Now the 80s are in. The 80s are the new 50s apparently.
Evidence to this fact is G and I were in Pier 1 Imports and this song came on. Although Halloween-y it seemed so wrong and unexpected for the store. But whatever… I loved it and I was in the store so perhaps it was a brilliant move on some DJ's part. This song also fits in with my goal to post a Halloween appropriate song every day until Halloween! (And I totally want to watch Ghostbusters now.)
