Ok so yesterday I was ready for blood. But I am not a punch you in the face kind of person. I've been punched in the face a few times. It hurts. No, I planted seeds that may grow to punch people in the face while I sit back and watch. Then again nothing may happen. Slow and steady wins the race. Either way, I feel at least somewhat satisfied. It'll calm me down, talk me down from this place.

Indeed! I think of them as one of the earlier examples of the downtempo sound which really became more prolific in the early 2000s. Downtempo is still to this day under-appreciated in my book.
