Makes me think of the movie "Clue" when Mrs. White says "Husbands should be like Kleenex – soft, strong and disposable." …and yet I take no offense. Perhaps because I am a guy? Guys are generally okay with being played with like gum perhaps? At least we're getting attention? A small stroke to the ego, perhaps? And in this case, with this song, I find it all to be in good fun.
Is it so different though? I suppose if women weren't treated as a minority for centuries they'd be more lighthearted about it all. Details details.
