This acoustic version is better than the original by Men at Work I think. Colin Hay being the lead singer of Men at Work, it isn't actually a cover, but it sounds different enough with a Nick Drake kind of sound, that it is a very different song. Here is the original version:

I really like this song, and it took me a few listens to realize part of the reason is the background is the same sample used by A Tribe Called Quest in "Electric Relaxation". The sample is of a really great song that deserves its own billing, but…
