It is tough when people leave your life. You sometimes find you miss them more than you thought you would. They were more of a friend than you supposed, but the moment is passed. They and you inevitably move on with your life, separated by distance, time, or both. Hopefully few, if any, have passed on. You'll think of the good times together from time to time, and weep for their absence. In your heart you'll always be friends though whether they know it or not.
