I spent so long looking for an angry song yesterday (the day before Thanksgiving) I never actually got to post one! None of them were quite the right angry, you know? I'm more chill-axed today (Thanksgiving), so this song will serve for yesterday. I'll bore you with my whiny vague details another day. Or just listen to the song. You'll get the gist.
PS: What really ticked me off yesterday was when I was getting on the highway after work. This car behind me tried to come up along my side to pass me… on the one lane narrow on-ramp! Not only did we almost crash into each others' sides, but I rolled down my window to extend the holy middle finger outside of the car, while yelling obscenities as loudly and demoniacally as I could. Ultimately they did not pass me because I floored it, my "fuck you and your favorite color" flag blowing in the wind. What an asshole!

Between this one, The Specials, and The Stranglers, it appears 1981 was a good year for Halloween songs. I don't think I have another queued up, but we'll see!

Kiss – "I Was Made for Lovin' You" (1979)

At the exact same moment G and I IM'd each other, proposing we eat dinner from the same place (Chipotle if you must know). It was one of those "I Was Made for Lovin' You" moments out there on cyberspace. As G would say… "Romantical"!
And yes we still use Instant Messanger! (The computer is already at our fingertips. Txting would require picking up the phone.)

Them Crooked Vultures – "New Fang" (2009)

This supergroup including John Paul Jones (of Led Zeppelin), Dave Grohl (of Nirvana & Foo Fighters) and Josh Homme (of Queens of the Stone Age) is worth a listen. They have a new (enough) rock sound to be more than just a rehash of their earlier successes, and certainly more than just another rock band. Check it out!

Ozzy Osbourne – "No More Tears" (1991)

Ever since the Apocalyptica concert I've been listening to more Heavy Metal than I would usually. Ozzy keeps coming up in my shuffle and he has really grown on me. Perhaps he'll grow on you too!
