I came across this because NightWave did a cover of Phil Collins' "In The Air Tonight" (below) that I thought was quite good. I liked this song too though, so I flipped a coin! I was looking for Phil Collins' influence, and this was just one shred of evidence that it is alive, but perhaps not in your face.

Why? Fellow music blogger "jhostation" from "station to station" pointed out that Phil Collins just announced his retirement a week ago. My selection of Collins' "Strangers Like Me" was purely coincidental though.
